Sunil Khadka is a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional with over a decade of experience as a Registered Nurse, specialising in community care, disability support, and aged care. With a proven track record of leadership and excellence, Sunil previously managed a 161-bed aged care facility as a Clinical Care Coordinator, ensuring the highest standards of care and operational efficiency.
Currently serving as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse in a public mental health unit for the past three years, Sunil brings extensive expertise in supporting individuals with diverse mental health conditions, including dual diagnoses and complex physical and medical health needs. His recovery-focused approach and commitment to holistic care make him a trusted name in psychosocial disability support.
Yosra Akrawi is a seasoned Mental Health Clinician and Registered Psychiatric Nurse with over 15 years of dedicated experience in the field of mental health care. As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) in a public mental health unit, Yosra has honed her expertise in delivering compassionate, recovery-oriented care for individuals with psychosocial disabilities and complex mental health needs.
Yosra is a recognised expert in applying evidence-based frameworks such as Safe Ward and Trauma-Informed Care, fostering a supportive environment where individuals feel safe, respected, and empowered on their recovery journey. Her extensive experience and leadership skills make her an invaluable asset to the Inclusive Independence team, ensuring every consumer receives care tailored to their unique needs and aspirations.
